You can book your luggage pick-up to be as soon as possible or anytime 30 minutes from the time of booking. But if you are booking for an airport pick-up, our taxi partner would require the flight number to dispatch the vehicle.
f you think you will not make it to the luggage pick-up or return location on time you should call us at +441312100382. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will incur additional waiting charges. If the vehicle has been dispatched, we can only offer partial refund to your order.
You can change details of your booking, such as the luggage return time and location under the ‘my bookings’ section on our web app up to 1 hour before the relevant time.
1. Simply put the email that was used to register and you will receive an OTP through the email (One-time password) to sign in.
2. You are able to change your pick-up location, pick-up time, return location and return time or even add passenger transfer (having the taxi to take you somewhere after returning your bag).
3. Please keep in mind that there might be additional cost involved if the storage days were added or the distance of the pick-up and return are amended from its original location.
This can be indicated when making a booking on our web app. You are able to select a XL vehicle when filling in the booking form.
1. Once you have booked with us, you will get a text and email from us on the day prior 15 minutes of pick-up and drop off.
2. Our driver will be picking your luggages in black cab. Make sure you confirm your identity before dropping off your luggage. We will not be liable if you ended up dropping off your luggage to someone else.
3. When your luggage is arrived at our storage, you will get a confirmation email. At unbaggaged, it’s our priority to handle your luggage with care and store it safely.
4. If you wished to amend your booking, you can do it on the website by logging into your account.
We take security very seriously, and every bag we store is tagged with a unique barcode for tracking. Our storage facilities are monitored 24/7 and are equipped with state-of-the-art security systems. Plus, every bag is insured for up to £1000 against loss or damage.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time, and you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, there will be a cancellation fee.

At the moment, we do not have a physical storage space within the city. The address in our Google business profile refers to our office but not the storage address. If you would like to store your luggage with us, please have them picked up through the booking system on our website.
